The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website https://www.anylittletown.com/ (the "Site") and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between the customer ("you", "your") and Hallie Henderson Designs Limited ("HHDL", "we", "us", "our") trading as Any Little Town.

Payment

Full payment must be received for the goods ordered before your order can be processed. Your order will be confirmed via your provided email once payment has been received.

Customers will be billed in United States Dollars ("$"). If you are a customer residing outside of the United States of America, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may be different to the billing amount on your credit card.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our website.

The importation/exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Discount & Promotional Codes

Discount and/or Promotional Codes cannot be used on Sale or Promotional items. These codes are only applicable to all full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discount.

Delivery

Delivery costs will be paid for by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accurate and that someone is available to take delivery of the goods.

All orders will be sent using United States Postal Service ("USPS") the following business day after payment is received. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of USPS.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by email within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within seven working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately.

If your order is returned to us because the postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Exchanges & Returns

Hallie Henderson Designs Limited ("HHDL") will offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days on items as you require. Please contact us within seven working days to arrange an exchange or return. The item returned must be in new and unaltered condition with the original packaging.

Merchandise that has been used or damaged cannot be returned. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer, unless the goods are somehow faulty, or damaged in some way.

We recommend you return your goods by registered post as we are not responsible for your return until it has been received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit and will not offer an exchange/refund for missing goods.

Gift items can be returned for an exchange only. We will email the person who made the original purchase to complete the exchange. Refunds can only be made to the person who originally purchased the gift.

Personal Email Usage

If you have made a purchase from us, or have signed up for our Site/newsletters, we may occasionally inform you about new collections and promotional offers. We will never pass on your email address to third parties.

Privacy & Security

We may collect and store personal information, for example but not limited to, first and last name, shipping and billing address, payment information, credit card information and telephone numbers.

We may collect and store information about how you interact with the Site including but not limited to, the internet browser, operating system and end user device you use.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless:

1. applicable law requires us to do so;
2. we have instructed a third party to act on our behalf;
3. we plan to merge/re-organise with a third party.

Except as expressly set out in this Privacy Policy we will not disclose any of your personal information without your permission.

The Site uses standard, commercially available encryption technology to protected your personal data from unauthorised or inappropriate access.

Although we aim to maintain a level of security we cannot guarantee complete security of personal information when transmitted from you to the Site or from the Site to you. Additionally, we cannot guarantee complete security of personal information when stored at the Site.

Intellectual Property

All our designs, written text, images and photography are protected by trade mark and/or copyright. Therefore, you may not reproduce, modify or create derivatives of designs. Our Site is entirely protected by copyright and trade rights, the interests in and to are owned by HHDL.

The contents of the site as a whole are solely intended for personal and not commercial use. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of brand names, photography, product and collection names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners' rights. All merchandise depicted here is protected by design rights owned by HHDL.

HHDL strictly enforce IP rights.
